Queries in website

Friends ,you have seen that we submit our queries in websites and they provide the solution of that query. If any question is frequently asked than it is stored in the website database. So, i want to ask how it is done. Anyone who has idea please explain about it.

Dear friend,
I feel there would be sites specially for giving answers. Like the one yahoo answers, there the question or the queries is got answered mostly. But on what information once is giving query depends upon the site that is providing. But mostly social network sites get these queries answered as there are lots of people and it that some may be willing to give an answer.
