Maybe I haven't checked up my body for a long while, after my work encourage all of us to get a biometrics screening checkup, and will give us $500 discount on our health insurance. I voluntary to sign up for it. I went to Walgreen take care clinic on Sunday afternoon, and got my blood tested, and the pulse, and blood pressure check. The result comes out with slightly high on glucose, and that is the sign of prediabetes. And this triglyceride level is double of the normal level, and I was in risk level. The clinician suggested me to get a thorough body check up as soon as possible from my PCP. That scares me a moment. Maybe I should lower my sugar intake, and watch my eating habit, less meat and more green. How many of you get your check up lately?

I think this the prime reason a lot of people don't want to go for any check up. Most are afraid that it will come up with a lot of problems that we'd have to deal with on top of all the things that are already on our plate.
Well, at least that's my excuse.
5 months later, I hope you're feeling better though.
