Sadness

We know that too much depression can lead to dangerous effect into our health. This can also had the possibility to give us death physical and mental. It can damage the mind and body. When depression cannot handle very well and cure as early as we can. Most often times the cause of it is too much sadness. I am now really suffering of these emotion. Due to some unavoidable reasons i suffered a lot of sadness. Now this feelings bring me to my bad physical condition. I wish i could carry all the things i had now and move onto my life. Really sad about what had happen.. I dont know when my happiness be back and become normal again. Maybe i will and when the time come i will be very very happy. Friends, hope you are not dealing the same situation as i am now .... IT is very hard and i cant almost bear.... Now i am trying to move on and how i wish i could do as soon as possible... Please pray for me too.... Thanks to all friends here...

I don't REALLY understand what you're trying to say. Depression isn't an activity, and yet you say too much depression has a bad effect on your health. it's not something you DO. depression isn't caused by sadness. sadness is a symptom of depression. the symptom is an artificial feeling of sadness, regardless of whether or not we have cause to feel sad. it does sound like you may be suffering from depression, as your words make it sound like you are also experiencing a lack of general motivation, which is another symptom. the more you understand about depression, the more you will be able to manage the condition. and it sounds like your current understanding is very limited, and subject to a lot of false information that is out there. first of all, stop blaming yourself. it's not something you did, it's not your attitude. it IS a medical condition. you can't just decide not to suffer from it. remind yourself that the sadness you feel is a symptom of an illness. it's not real. this is the thing that helps me keep some distance from how it makes me feel. when you know more about what the condition is and how it works, you can find ways to help yourself feel better. sadly there is a lot of stigma surrounding depression, as people think that it's JUST feeling sad. but there is something physically wrong with your body when you suffer from depression. the chemicals in your brain are unbalanced. there are various ways in which this imbalance happens. there could be too much of one thing, not enough of another. remember that you are no more at fault or able to make it just disappear than someone that has diabetes and has a poor balance of blood sugar and insulin in their body. the first thing to do is try and improve your diet. if you have a healthy diet then this can help to get your brain chemicals to a more normal level. exercise will also help to rebalance your chemical levels. a lack of daylight can have a negative impact, so time outside will help too. for some people, the natural ways of managing the condition prove not to be sufficient, and they do need medication. if this is you, you should feel no more shame than if you need medication for anything else. it doesn't mean you're weak. it just means that you have an illness severely enough to need medication. any other part of your body goes wrong, and people accept and understand. but for some reason, people think that if the organ that works wrong is in your skull, that means it's all "in your head" depression is an illness. you can make it more manageable by improving your diet and exercising regularly. you may need medication. the sadness isn't the illness itself, it's a symptom of it, and is artificially produced by the chemicals in your brain. if you have depression, there will be times when it affects you more than others. the first thing is to stop thinking that it's your own fault.

Thanks to all the information you gave to me. I will be my guide in this matter, you are right i had a lack of knowledge about this symptoms.And be thankful to you ... this is my reference now and yes i will do some good diet and exercise to be able to correct all the lacks in my health problem. As an ordinary people, only i know sadness is just simple... but now i know.. thank you and have a nice day...

I am so glad to know that you know depression is a level of sadness! That is very good! Depression is not an illness, though side-effects such as failure to eat or properly care for yourself can lead to other health conditions. Sadness simply speaks of unpleasant events in your life. Now, you can combat this condition by addressing the events in your life that causes you sadness and learn to avoid them or ignore them. It is always wise to keep yourself busy and/or engage in things to gladdens your heart. And never forget to remember to eat healthy.

Personally our mental thoughts and actions many times can lead to how we feel, and attribute to our Health. But at the same time especially if you are dealing with Clinical depression, or other Health problems that are not helping you feeling depressed, etc. that is a hard thing to have to deal with as well. All I know is finding ways to keep positive and motivated are great factors, along with Prayer and Faith for something better.

sorry to hear about what you are into now. but i pray for you that you can overcome and recover from it quickly. right now, i am not that totally depressed but i am also having trouble with my finances. hope i can overcome this one too quickly.

I was encouraged to see you posted a happy face. That is actually a very very good sign from you. Perhaps your feelings don't quite match that smilie face, but at least you are trying and using positives symbols. I am sorry you feel this depressiona and you can count on me to pray for you. The fact that you believe in prayer and ask for prayers is another good sign and will help you to help yourself. Prayers are answered even if not as quickly as we would prefer. I suggest you eat healthy, exercise as best as you know how and pray and meditate because all those are stress relievers. It's also very important to watch what you tell yourself about your situation. Be careful not to tell yourself negative things but try to stay positive, even if that is hard to do. God Bless yoiu. Lean on Him for He will never let you down, and He will not let you have more than you can handle. If if helps, keep posting your feelings and many will be eagar to pray for you and help you.

You must keep spirit and always see things around you with a positive outlook. Remember, a grief actually is the opposite of happiness, this means that when you're sad in someday, next day you would experienced happiness, though happiness that you feel just a little but that's keep will answer sadness you are feeling. Remains vibrant, my friend ... rest assured in your heart that God is with you .. and I will pray to you

For me don't do that Jehovah God want you to be happy because he created you to be happy if you have problem talked him in your prayer to him so that he will cured you it is very nice to do do it.

Hi Mods, I agree with you... chronic depression can hurt the immune system. It increases the production of cortisol in the body, and that cortisol attacks the immune system, and we can become physically sick.

hi mods:) yes you're right, being sad gives us health problems, I don't have idea what you're going through in life right now, and as much as I want to cheer you up, I don't know what's the right words is, so all I can say is just leave all your problems to God, just pray and help for His guidance friend.
