What determines a "decision" is said to be a good decision ..? From the RESULTS or HOW TO TAKE DECISION? We are every day faced with the choice, so we are required to be able to decide the actions that must be taken. Well, according to all of you. whether the "decision" which is good is determined by the "outcome" decision (successful or not). Or determined by "how" someone took the decision? This is very important because sometimes we feel have done the process of "decision analysis" well, but just because a factor (eg, "bad luck") then the result is a failure. Instead there are some people who carelessly take the decision but the result is very good, although it was just because of "luck" alone. So which one is true .... ya .. of "Results of the decision" or of "HOW TO TAKE DECISIONS" ...

When talking RESULTS certainly will not be separated from the process (how). Both are interlinked in logic: CAUSE - DUE. RESULTS premises in other words is the RESULT of WAY ??/ PROCESS or CAUSE. So in fact, statistically, with the advanced factors inside and outside the system of cause and effect or process-outcome, then it can be taken a conclusion that almost APPROACH certainty. So if there is a failure in the results, we must trace back to the rear by considering other factors that affect if, but maybe just not in our decision-making process. Factors that might not arise if the input we then can we say as "bad luck" and so on. But we also have limitations if you want to include all the existing factors. Usually we then approached with the key factors that significantly affect the decision process and outcome. For someone who "carelessly" sometimes even often produce. For me is not really random but it is intuitive. And a flash of intuition is the decision of the deposition and process information so long in the minds of these people. Eureka! So for those of us who have not had much experience better follow the methodology process. Who's that have a high flying hours may be an intuitive way.

The most important thing of the inference is from where side we see it.
