Yes there's the Dark Knight, Se7en, the Shawshank Redemption and Toy Story 3

You should definitely try Matrix which is as confusing as the Inception. Matrix still puzzles me. Its worth watching, atleast 3-4 times each part. Another example is The Dark Knight.
