Today, I signed up for the driving licence and paid 3900 RMB. I worry that I will fail to get the driving licence due to my unfamiliarity of the driving test. So firends in mylot, is it hard or expensive in your country to get a driving licence. How long will it spends from the enrollment to getting the driving licence? Thank you very much.

It is not that hard here in the USA, and not that expensive either. I think it's $15.00 to get the license? that is if I'm not mistaken. Each state has a bit of a different test and costs, but for NC it's not that bad nor that hard. Also, I believe that different counties require different things depending on the road conditions.
For instance, if you live in a rural area here in NC you would expect to have a lot of curvy roads and thus expect to be able to get through these in a safe manner, the road signs would be a bit different, such as deer crossing, and tractor crossing.

Wow!!! It's so cheap in your country!!!! You know, the price in my country is about 45 times as much as that in your country. the deer crossing? is it means that the deer is likely to across the road where you drive? It's really inconceivable.

It's going on 30 Years since I passed Mine on the second attempt,so I'm not the one to ask about the current costs or difficulty..I couldn't tell you what it now costs here..The Driving test has changed here in the years since,we now have a 2 part test,a written one,and the practical...In my time,we had to identify just a few random road signs, and correctly answer a few questions on the Highway code..The first time,I wasn't ready, and took it to see what I needed to know...Passing depends on a number of things..Whether you're learning on a Manual or automatic car..If you're taking lessons,it might be possible to take the test in your instructor's car..that way, you'd be familiar with the car,its controls, and how it handles..Your instructor will know the routes the driving examiners would use,and can show them to you..know them and practise them often. I was watching a programme on drivers and driving last night, and one woman mentioned when learning for her test, her instructor would arrive to pick her up,get out of the driver seat leaving the car parked with the engine running,go around to the passenger seat and get in that side, leaving the car ready to go once She had put on her seatbelt and adjusted the mirrors and seat.. and on the day of Her test,She had to start the car for the examiner, and only then realised she'd never done this and wasn't sure how...!
Use your Mirrors properly, and observe what's going on around you...use your indicators properly. It's a requirement here at a stop sign to put on the parking brake..if you have the same requirement, get into the habit of using it-it's a failing mark if you don't observe this. In Short-Know your car, read the road, follow instructions from the examiner and road signs..and good luck!
