after the GTA, hitman and counter strike series why there is no more game of that quality being released all thanx to gaming consoles

hitmans seqeul is out , watch its video.Now a days you wont find good games on pc version enen if you liked a game that comes on console versions for example gears of war 2.I liked its first part but i could not play its second part because its for consoles.
