Just for a moment imagine there is a bank. That bank, everyday, including sunday or whatever day of the year, is open. And everyday YOU have there an account filled with 84,600 USD. All yours. What's the catch? Well, at the day's end, whatever amount you didn't use, will be lost forever. Sure, next day you'll have again 84,600, but again what you'll not use, will be forever gone. So I bet you'll do what you'll do and you'll spend all of them, everyday, isn't it? "Ok, so what?" will be your reaction. "There is no such a bank, this is fiction" you will continue ... Wrong. Everyone of us are costumer to a such a bank, all you need is to accept it. Each of us we are granted with 84,600 each day. Seconds. 84,600 seconds. All for one day. Use them or lose them. The bank's name is "Your Life". Keep this in mind - there is no over draft, no ballance to carrie over. Those you have today and you spend in good or lose it forever. Invest them to get the most possible of health, success, happiness. It's your choice. And clock is ticking ...

Now you have a great imagination! I never thought about time this way. I think somebody is stealing your time there. Because my bank gives me 86.400 seconds every day. I wonder where do your 30 mintes dissapear every day?

I saw Lamb's answer after I posted mine. I was at work when I wrote my response and there I can't login to myLot any more so I only read my e-mails and write the responses, without seeing the other responses. Then, when I get home, I only post my answers into the discussions.

i got it. yes, i will try to spend each and every second productively with my work and my family. though if it could be exchanged with an actually monetary bank account, i could probably spend it more wisely as i could share it with more people, especially with the poor that i always wanted to help with money.

time is as much valuable as money - I would say even more. At least because without time you can't have / make money. But more. Poor, miserable-life people are not in need only for money. Are in need also for a shoulder to put their head and cry. Are in need also for a listener to whom they to vent out their problems. Are in need also for a nice optimistic message. And many more. And last, but not least, they may need more to be taught fishing than to receive one fish for dinner ... Time is the most valuable asset we have but, unfortunately, is limited ...
