Why there is so delay by Paypal?

I have fulfilled all the formalities required to open a Paypal account. But unfortunately I am yet to be provided with any account number or anything equivalent to it from Paypal. I urgently need it to submit to different PTC sites which I like to join and whose links have been sent to me by different mylotters on request. Recently I could not join a PTC site on this ground. Thus those mylotters who have sent me links on my request may misunderstand me though apparently I have no fault with it. So let me know how I can get it immediately so that I can carry on transactions using the Paypal account.

That means the gamil address which I submitted while opening the account. Am I right?

There something that I forgot to ask you ..... are you verified your paypal account with credit/debit card or direct bank account? If you using cards, it gonna verified instantly but if you using direct bank account, you need some time to get verified.

Hello.
We don't get an account number (as we does when we open a bank account) when we became a member of paypal. All you need to do is sign up with your valid email ID and submit a debit card or credit card number to get verified. Having your account gets verified is the only way you can withdraw the money from your paypal account . Though, being an unverified member you can still receive payments from the sites you are working with and have submitted your Payapl ID which is also the email ID you use to register in Paypal.
Try logging in to your Paypal account and see what happens. If you are waiting for a payment via your paypal account, it must be that the payor has not issued any payments yet to such account.Double check it first.
