Yesterday i was lucky to watch this movie at home. It's great movie with cool scenario and costumes. I would rate it 8/10, so its a little bit higher than IMDB rating which is 7,5/10 if i am not wrong.
What surprised me the most in this movie was they way how it tried to show changes of religious beliefs and how they happened in Roman empire times in the city of Alexandria, Egypt.
Christians and the way how they become most powerful religion of whole empire is shown very realistic, very close to real situation in which probably where people in those times.
Just watch it by yourself and you will have wonderful time to spent by watching TV.

My rating 8/10, well pretty close i would say. :)

I have wanted to watch this for a long time now, but i couldn't find it on dvd and I couldn't even find it on torrent. It is quite interesting since this was the rise of Christianity and all who didn't follow them were killed..which was what happened to the woman here...I really love watching movies based on real people..

i think that was normal in those times and as in the beginning of the movie we can see that Hellenistic society wanted to kill Christians, so they attacked them, but was crushed and since then Christians took advantage of situation.
