Philippines

Just want to share this weird news about a 42-year-old woman who have made 65,000 calls for the past year to a 62-year-old man whom she claimed to be her ex-boyfriend. Yes, I find it weird due to a fact that they are not that young anymore. Based on the news, the man denied her as his ex-girlfriend. The involved persons were not named. Here's the complete news story... http://www.batangastoday.com/65000-phone-calls-from-a-dutch-stalker/16926/

That is a lot of phone calls. The man should have change his number after receiving a few calls from her. Probably they really had a relationship then.

Possible. =) it so easy to deny something. We really don't know the story between the two of them. Might be the woman have some reasons why she keep on calling the man. =)

They must have had the best time together before the guy got missing... I think he simply eloped and forgot about her. Keeping her hopes alive until the day she found her ex- phone number. He must have been her first love

I think she did it for love or something similar to that. I saw somehow same story yesterday in yahoo but I did not bother to read.. Things happen and memory can blur up in time but not to a heart that loves.

The sad part is that, the man denied the woman that he had a relationship with her. I think the story that you have seen in Yahoo is the same story that I have shared here. =)

So sad that her efforts are not bearing fruits. Lets say the guy resembles her ex- or the guy does not want to break his family if he accept her allegations. The truth lies between the two- the woman and the guy in question.

Yeah, that is what I thought as well. The man has a lot of patience to wait for 65,000 calls for a year before he reported the incident to the police =) The mans problem seems easy if during the first 100 calls he had changed his number so he won't be contacted by the woman. But if the woman is really a stalker, she would easily find ways how to get the new phone number of the man =)

That's freakish. And a total waste of money. 65,000 calls!? I bet she has a whopping telephone bill! If I were the man, I'd have reported the incident after the 100th call. I'd asked that a restraining order be given. That could be pretty annoying.

I just don't understand either why the man waited to reach the phone calls to 65,000 before he reported the incident to the police. The court ordered the woman not to contact the man again. If I am the man, I should have change my phone number and put it on a do not call list. =)

I don't know how old people still love their old ex-partners. I mean at this age, they may have settled them self with some other partners and may be living a happy life. Then what is the use of think of your ex-partner? I know love is ever green, but you know somethings have limits, isn't it? I think that old woman must be damn crazy about her ex-boyfriend...lolz

That's what we called "obsession". Maybe the woman is so obsessed with the man that she could not live her life without him. :)

Imagine a 42 year old lady thinks she has found her ex-boyfriend on Face Book but the man isn't him. Two people can have the same name for example Andrew Banks. If the man wrote to her and said he wasn't the man she had thought she should have given up contacting him. Making 65,000 calls to the 62 year old man were crazy. I can't imagine contacting a stranger and calling them an ex. This is very weird news and the phone bills must have been shocking. This lady has wasted her time and money must certainly.
