I have P90X and I started doing it. My workout routines is Ab ripper, CardioX, Legs and Back, and sometimes Chest and Back. I like doing it. It's hard but tastes good. I start to see some results. The problem is that I keep trying to maintain my diet... but when the hunger atacks, I start eating chocolate and Butter many times. I know that I gotta stop, but is hard to keep diets, because sometimes we starve!! So my question is: How can I motivate myself to keep my diet without breaking it everytime that I get hungry? And one more question. If you did or if you're doing P90X, what is your workout routine? P.S: I don't have P90X buddies. :/

can you pop in a video while you exercise? that might help. also with diet, drink lots of water and have some veggies cut up and handy in the fridge with low fat dipping sauce.

I try to eat always healthy food, I drink lots of water, but i'm not who cooks and my mom canĀ“t do always special food for me. The reality is that I don't eat many vegies. I don't like very much. I rarely eat soup too. But I never drink refrigerants now. Juices? Only light Ice tea. Now I look always to the label of the food. I will try to get a video. Thank's for the help!

lol, no one can starve. It is fine if you break your diet occasionally. Try seeing your self in the mirror and visualize how would you look after couple of months. Try getting feedback from your friends if there is any positive change in your body. i am sure when you took the 1st step to work up you are already motivated. You just need to hit the extra mile :)

Dieting doesn't mean eating less. If you're hungry, you have to eat. Although you have to eat just right, not too much. Also, try searching on how to count your calorie intake. This will help you a lot.

There is only one question you should be asking yourself every time you start to get craving and that's "Am I really hungry?". That question is really powerful you should try it and see what happens. You can still eat chocolate but only the good stuff, dark chocolate.

Sorry, I can't answer both your questions. Firstly, I don't like to follow a strict diet (keep to a particular diet) cos that would be torturing myself. Secondly, I don't know what P90X is.
