where are you Joe Colle?

Joe cole is no longer as good as he used to be, especially after he went to liverpool. With such players around him, how is he going to fulfil his true potential, unless when he's at chelsea. Even when he's just back from injuries at chelsea, he's still able to conjure magic, score a few goals and creates goals. However when he's in liverpool, everything goes downwards, and the same goes for most good players who went there.

Joe Cole has had a very poor last two years. I think since the world cup in which he was really horrible, he has found it difficult to hold his place in the Chelsea team. He is another player whose development stopped after a move to a bigger club. We will need to see how he performs for Lille this year, else his career could be close to end now. Cheers! Ram

There is no doubt about his ability. But it is his injury records that is hindering his progress. Unless he finds out the root to his problems, I am afraid he wont be a success at any club. As for his adventure in Lille, my guess is that it will be the same like his stint at Liverpool, spending more time in the treatment room than on the field.
