Remember him? Andy Whitfield (39) was the actor who starred as the gladiator - Spartacus in the recent television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand, has just lost his battle to died of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Diagnosed and treated in New Zealand upon his first season of the series, I wonder what will become of the series as it enters the second season without him who leaves behind a wife and two children. Sad day as cancer had came off victorious and claimed another life.

very young... makes me scared for a friend who has lymphoma, too. and he's only my age.

bingskee, I agree with you that he is very young and I can understand how you feel here. However, I feel you should not be afraid and should take things one step at a time. There will be a time for everything and for us - so do what is necessary and need to do. Never give up and remember spend our time wisely. Take care and have a nice day.
