How to use manage PTC Ads in Clixsense and how to work it out?

Guyz, I had earned $2.7 already in clixsense. I use my earnings to buy PTC Ads Credits without thinking. Now I have 1000 Ad Credits. The problem is I don't know how to use it? I don't really understant the use of PTC ads credits. My questions are what to put in the Title, URL and Description from the Add New PTC advert? Is this requires me to create my own websites in to make the PTC advert to work out? How the PTC advert work? Kindly help me explain in details regarding to this matter...
