What is the best thing you could offer about diet?

For me, less carbohydrates and lots of intake of water and a daily exercise.

Regular exercise is my way. My days at work some days take many many hours, so tiring and stressful. So, if the weather permits, after I get back home from work, I go out to the park near my house and go jogging. That is the way to relax, refresh, and get rid of the stresses.

Kearkear, that was a very concise fitness sample menu. The only thing missing is cleansing the colon about 3 to 4 times annually, a practice that often does wonders for its practitioners.

mine would always be steadiness. and consistency. when you want to lose that extra weight, you have got to have a consistency so that you lose the weight steady and surely. =)

i think if you think about diet no you should think then too we take a lot of tension. The best think you should do that is take you break-fast as king lunch as queen and dinner as a beggar this should be your diet and lots of water intake you also should to exercise and do not forget you work without doing work you wont able to do any diet and you can have fruits too because fruits also keeps you healthy.
