"Nun": I Love you, Priest :P

God is love as they say and I wouldn't take it against those two if the decided to leave their vows to follow their hearts.

" Many are called but few are chosen" as the adage says about priesthood. In this case, the priest was called but eventually was not meant to be chosen as a forever priest, because he fell in love with a former nun. He was human after all, and has feelings too. So, i am not surprised that he abandoned being a priest, rather than sin further while being a priest.

hi LK, priesthood is a commitment of self to God and being married to him, you vowed to be celibate and keep yourself away from the sin of the flesh. it seems that more priests coming in at present lacks that commitment hence they either get out of the seminary or end up getting married to another human.. a girl. ann

dear LK, They are also human and still prone to made mistake/s. We cannot judge them for their wrong doings. I never condemned a priest when they made mistake. If loving someone caused them to leave the their oath and promise, it is because they only follow their heart and being honest to themselves. I think they should marry each other, if we talk about the rules and regulations then is there any such rule that a priest can not marry and if they marry will they be caught by the police? If there is such rule then it is not good. In my country there is no such rule. It is your own wish if you want the marriage or not.

Why they are not allowing priest and nuns to marry anyway?I think you can still serve God even you're married.I think it's just the Roman Catholic who is practicing celibacy for those serving the church.Other Christian faith and most catholic hurches allow their priest to marry.There are even rumors that Mary Magdalene is actually the wife of Jesus; what's the point of practicing celibacy which just turns out hypocrisy,because several of them are living secret lives.

This shows love is blind and when one really fall in love and love each other from the depth of their heart they can take any drastic step to spend the life with each other company. All the best and happy married life to priest and nun

Though the number of people who serve God is now declining very fast, I cannot blame people who leave the religious life for the common folk life. Religious life is very demanding and some people aren't really the material for that kind of long and lifetime service. It's funny because it was somewhat tradition in our history that families will dedicate one of their numerous children to God as part of giving thanks or to bestow grace. Now seminarians are getting out of their seminaries because they have their own reasons. I just means that the religious are still people - even though they served God and could probably do it in another way. For me, it's better than living in regret, wonder and misery of doing something and being coward of not making the choice. I'm sure God does understand, I don't know if God's representative on Earth and the institutional that it represents can.

see what i mean last month's discussion? Although i am not a fortune teller but my predictions are happening again... what i stated before is "expecting that another similar problems exist for the priest sooner or later" but what happen is "Sooner" another news from the "next to God" servants... thank God because they are only a priest and a nun, (whatever scan doll) they do, people's lives are not in danger... how about if a ship or vessel captain done wrong decisions, judging wrong to which course the ship may turn as collision happens due to human (captain's error) error.... many will die in vain, many cargo will loose, two vessels will sunk under the depths of ocean....
