Opinion needed about two sites...

Hai members, I registered recently with the following two sites... http://fast2earn.com/ http://www.bigextracash.com/ Both are similar affiliate marketing sites which pays the members to send visitors to their products as well as for the sales made by us. The minimum payout in both of the sits is $100.00. The problem is after reaching the amount of $50.00+ ( by sending visitors)my balance remains same and all of my visitors are counted as repeated visitors only. I don't have any hope of getting payment from them.Because they are not allowing me to reach the minimum payout. Do any of you have any experience with these sites? If so please share with us.
