i was going to a friends house warming party, i decided to ride a jeep so that the fare will be cheap. it was 5pm when i went and so the jeepney going to the south part of our city was full. the jeep did not start until it was full of passengers. the jeep ran for a few minutes and i overheard the driver who asked his companion to check the breaks of the jeep. it was not working well and so all passengers were asked to go down and find another jeep. some people were angry that we had to go down but i was just glad that the driver was honest to let us know that there was something wrong with the jeep that could have lead us all in to accident. Kudos to the driver! what can you say guys?

it's better that he was honest to tell you all the passengers the problem.
rather than drive the jeepney with a problem and at least, worse thing that could probably happen was prevented.

yes, i coudld almost imagine the driver doing everything he can to stop the jeep when someone asks to go down and letting us crash to anywhere. then some lives will be lost.i really salute that driver.

Oh no, I thought you have actually experiencee it losing the break. Im glad the driver was good and have asked you all to go down. Losing the breaks is not quite safe for all of you and its a blessing still even if you all had to transfer te another ride and like you, I would prefer that as well than to risk my life in the jeep

yes, i do believe the driver was brave and honest to let every passenger know that his jeep has something wrong. i do wish that all drivers will be the same as that driver who i have encountered.

I think you meant "brake" right? Well, good thing the driver was able to notice that his brakes were out. Those passengers should have been thankful that they evaded a possible disaster. All is well I guess.

Being a driver, it is their responsibility to care for their passenger.
I know the driver is only doing his part and he really is a good hearted driver.
Besides, it his life that also in danger if he take the risk ...he knows what he is doing.

yes, you are correct jaiho. whatever happens to his passengers and his jeepney is his responsibility. I do salute that driver for being honest and making sure that his passengers can go home safely.

I can't see the point of why the passengers must get angry when they asked to go down of the jeep. Okay fine it is because they were in hurry but do they ever think that they must have a feeling of bit scared about it when the driver didn't tell them to go down? At least you were able to attend the party and came there safely.

those who got angry are pea brained!
. the least they can do is to be thankful to the driver for being honest enought to tell everybody that his jeep is having problems.
