How to earn rewards in my lot?

I was just seeing my lot earnings I saw another column that defined rewards I do not know how to earn that reward . Anybody any idea??

Apart from this i wan say don't go for searching beacuse you want treward else you will not got them but go for the search in normal and you may get oney feel that as a suprsise.
Make mylot search your default search it will help much
