Kagawa has opened a path for Japanese players in the Bundesliga. Now there are several Japanese players there, like Uchida, Okazaki or Usami. I guess he can be considered a role model for other Japanese players.

I don't know what to say, Usami is a talented player, but physically too weak for Bundesliga. He has to get some more power and then I guess he will be a good player. I guess he needs a bit more time to accustom to European conditions.

There are alot of asian players plying their trade in european football leagues in the recent years. I won't say kagawa would be a role model for japanese players because before him, there are many other players as well, starting with Nakata, or even Nakamura with celtics in scotland. Both of them are great players and they are the perfect role models to look up to.
