What do you think of the outcome of the Mayweather-Ortiz fight? Did Mayweather fight fair?

I also watched the replays and have agreed its a cheap shot, but legal. I supported mayweather after the headbutt as it was definitely a wrong move by Ortiz. If mayweather KO-ed ortiz without doing a cheap shot, mayweather could have looked like a hero, but what mayweather did made him look worse. There has to be "ring courtesy" that exists between fighters, and Ortiz showed that by apologizing, even though what he did was bad. At least he recognized it was bad, and if you study the replay before the headbutt it may seem Ortiz was agitated. Mayweather on the other hand, should have apologized by saying,"yes it was a cheap shot, but it is legal." Instead he claims he did the right thing, and even disrespected the interviewer who I assumed was about to say, "you controlled the whole fight,...congratulations" , instead mayweather stopped him after "controlled the fight". Like I mentioned, ring courtesy has to exist, yes it was legal but you don't do things like that. It is like, for mix martial arts, faking a glove touch and going for a swing, legal but just wrong. A few more thing that should have been considered. The referee did a bad job at splitting the two fighters, the fighters should remain at their corners. If the referee said, "fight" he should have been paying attention, if he wasn't ready he should have not said "fight". If you watch the replay, the referee was shocked that Ortiz fell to the ground. If he did not see what occurred, he should have not decided as a referee that it was a knocked down and start to count. If you watch closely at the referee, when Ortiz was on the floor, the referee nodded to someone in the crowd, consulting. Just really bad reffing. Imagine if Ortiz had a heart attack instead of being KO-ed by mayweather, and the referee doesn't know whats happening and started to count for a knock down. That's how awful the referee was.

I watched the replays carefully and it seems to me that it was indeed a cheap shot. Also, as a boxer, when you get hit once your guard automatically pulls up. I just don't get why Ortiz didn't even so much as to put his hands to his face or even ducked when the 2nd punch was coming in. You be the judge.
