I wonder who was watching at Victor's grave after Todd was arrested and overheard Jack say he was lying. It probably wasn't anyone who will come forward, at least not immediately. Of course John, right after Jack came to him, should have gotten a hold of Shaun and asked if he told anyone about the recording on his phone.
