I am happy to share that I got my Eon card from Unionbank yesterday. Eon card is used to get money from Paypal. Those who wish to get Eon Card you can apply online. All you need is 350 Pesos and 2 valid ID's.

I have been sing EON for a more than a year now. Yes, I have been using to withdraw money from paypal. It is easy to apply and yo'll get it after a couple of weeks. There should be a 350 renewal every year but so far, there have been no deductions in my savings.
