There are people's intelligence.Some people are more intelligent.Okay Can I ask you? Mental proverty is mean: Is the lack of intelligence ? or Do not use intelligence?

Mental poverty is the worst form of poverty. Mental poverty implies poverty of mind - the inability to think, imagine and act for one's self either due to lack of knowledge or indoctrination.
