Maybe Mourinho will return, as he always said that he remained an Inter fan for life. And last year, after beating Tottenham with 4-0, the reporter asked him how he feels and he said that he is very sad like every Interista, because Inter lost 5-2 at home with Schalke. Will see what is going to happen.

If Villas Boas will make a good job, then Mourinho won't return to Chelsea. If Mourinho will leave Madrid, he would do it for only three teams: the Portuguese national team, Inter or the Portuguese team(not Porto) where he is from. That is what he stated many times. But because it is about Mourinho, we cannot be sure of anything.

I am actually really shocked to read the news. How do you sack a manager whom you have appointed with due diligence after 5 games into the season? It is really mind boggling. I think something is clearly not right in the thinking patterns of the Inter hierarchy. They had previously sacked Mancini after three Scudetto titles!! Of course, Mourinho was a great signing, but the signing of Benitez was a step in the wrong direction. I thought Leonardo was good, but unfortunately he was sacked at the end of last season. I think the thought process is not right there.
Cheers!

adhyz82,
In the first place, I believe Gasperini is not doing a good job as a coach especially with Inter.
Loosing to Novara a new comer into Serie A is just unforgivable and Moratti's decision is not one done without due consideration. A professional team's success will depend on its fans and with Inter's performances so far, I believe it does not need a school dropout to decide this way.
I do not think any board of directors would need any more matches to consider his worthiness or to realize that their appointment was a mistake to begin with.

LIke i said in the previous comments, inter are not even a great team to start with. They are lucky to scrap away with those title in the past because the other teams are equally lousy. Now the truth is out. Inter milan is hopeless. PLayers are not performing yet the manager is getting the sack? It's not fair to him right? After all, Gasperrini is the one who brought Genoa into Europa league when juventus failed to qualify.
