I posted a discussion under BUDGET at a time when I felt things were going against us a bit, due to unforeseen expenses. Well part of the post was about our 9 month old dishwasher that went wrong. The engineer came today to fix it under the guarantee, he was allowed 25mins to fix it and took 1.5 hrs. He was very good and did his job well he found a fault in a part that has since been modified and it was not obvious why the part was made the way it was anyway. One of my problems solved. I find it quite annoying that after all this time making dishwashers or anything else for that matter that designers can't get it right. What do you think.
