Career fatigue

Has any of you ever experience career fatigue? I do. What used to be a fun day at work becomes boring and you become less enthusiast about getting the job done. Maybe because I got so used to the routine already and there's no more challenge. As a result, what used to be organized files became a mess of files. You just wish that the time speed up so you can go home. I really need a change. Change of company or career, maybe.

I am going through that right now. And with the company having some financial issues, it makes it very difficult to try to have a positive attitude. It is hard. I'm actually going on an interview tomorrow with an employment agency. Hopefully I will find something that will give me a change. I hope you will too. Make the best decision for you.

Well, I know that things don't really look up well every day with our jobs becoming a routine. However, with the present conditions of the economy, I don't think it's wise thing to do because it's tough to find a source of income these days. Perhaps going on vacation is a good thing. Perhaps it's good that you just go for a breather for a while before you step into deciding for your future. What do you think? Have a great MyLot experience!

Yes it happened to me a lot of times. I had a job for 10 years and it was my first job. I really got tired of doing the same things over and over again not because it is not challenging anymore but because I discovered another skills which i really enjoyed most than my previous job. The work that we do everyday is so very routinary but what type of work isn't like that. That's why every weekend I do things that i really love to do so that there is a balance between work and family.
