stay away from carbonated beverage

When you do some exericse,it's necessary to supply water all the time.You can drink green tea,water,but can't drink carbonated beverage.In additon,you'd better not to drink this kind of beverage,like coca cola,although feel so great. You know the carbonated beverage lead to osteoporosis,,difficulty sleeping,resistance to decline.Especially children and old people,let them stay away from carbonated beverage.

Carbonated beverages are usually high in sugar content that's why drinkers of this kind of drinks has high risk of having to develop diabetes as they age. This is true to residents of tropical countries were weather is too hot and they usually resort to drinking carbonated drinks instead of water to cool their system.

I have tried but it's hard to miss the coke's refreshing property. I space two to three days and then I drink again. I also read that coke decrease the calcium in the body and accumulate them in the kidneys to form kidney stones but I think drinking milk disable the reduction so I continue drinking. It seem a good idea to drink juice as an alternative.

sodas are not good for the health but sometimes i crave for a soda especially after doing all the laundry ,after cleaning the house and garden and i get too exhausted i get this craving for one of my comfort "food" ... a soda!!! a very cold bottle of soda gives me an energy boast. its not that i am advocating drinking this "drink" which is not good for the health ... its just a once in a while craving!
