But oftentimes I had my massage regularly (body massage) I need it so badly due to overfatigue ( you know, mothers) Let's go for a night out..bhaby will take care of us

Hi there, I'm usually home too but I don't have kids yet and so I see to it that I pamper myself from time to time. I just got my hair rebonded the other week and both some clothes. Please take time for yourself as well. I'm sure that you don't want to look really old. Cheers!

My friend, that should not be the way for a woman. To be honest, when i resigned and was a plain housewife for a while, i always see to it that i also pamper myself. I guess, maybe because our daughter was already in high school that time and stays on the dorm, so i am by myself when husband is at work. In the morning, before preparing breakfast, i would bathe and prettify myself. I don't wear those loose dresses, i wear shorts and tanks. That way, i get to see if i am adding weight or not easily. I do exercises to tone my body. I take care of myself so when my husband arrives i am still good looking. You have to stop being lazy my friend, and start pampering yourself, lest your husband would not even take a glance at you anymore.

I used to pamper myself too. Like you, I went to have my monthly manicure, pedicure, and hot oil treatments at my favorite parlor. I continued with this beauty routine even after I got married. But after I became a mother at age 35, I "forgot" myself in the process. I would like to start taking care and pampering myself more from now on. Thanks for reminding me. :)

Perhaps its the one thing that I cannot just take it for granted. For me it is important to do self-care not just to beautify myself but to be pleasant all the time and to relax. Going to the spa or to the parlor relaxes me. The more that I will go to the parlor or the spa if I am busy. Quite ironic but i do that. I see to it that I maintain that little time for myself for sanity hahahaha... or else I will be shouting at people under me and I don't like to happen. When I feel tired or easily gets irritated, it is a sign that i needed a break. Pampering oneself is vital for me because it yields more benefits especially in my type of work.

For me "pampering myself" means going to Second Cup every day for a mocha latte. I like to take a couple of hours, and sit there and read, and work on my writing. I either take my computer with me, or just use my iPhone. It's a nice escape from all the other crazy crap that goes on around here.

well, now that my kids are older, that helps but now we dont have a lot of money to spend outside of the house on pampering stuffs but i do wash my hair every day and dress up even if i am not going out.

Hi mtr, I can guess dear…. but once the kids are grown up you definitely get time to take care of yourself… On holidays I am just like you hardly comb my hair after my bath if there is no outings… but on other days I have to dress up neatly for the office… so can’t compromise…. I visited a beauty parlour only once in my life… just before the marriage day…

I haven’t been able to afford pampering such as facials, manicures etc. for a long time but I still care for myself by doing all those things at home, in fact I even trim my own hair! I could not bear to completely let myself go so I have a routine I can afford at home which includes skin care, hair colouring etc. The only thing I miss is getting a massage which is a tad difficult to do yourself unless my husband obliges lol!

I have 3 kids mtr and it is hard to budget the time..plus i work from 8 to 5 and when i go home i need to do the chores and the cooking.. luckily since i am working i need to stay groomed lol.. so i do squeeze in the time to make myself feel good, i have my haircut or get those pedicures and manicures! You can still do that just make sure you manage the time well and if you have some house help she can look after your kids for awhile while you go out and get yourself some time. i believe it is essential so you wont feel bad and still confident plus enough of the laziness too! lol..

I have always spent time to take care of myself not just in the area of looking presentable but also satisfying myself in every possible way. I feel it is our duty to take care of ourselves rather than be a burden on others. After all charity begins at home

Hello my dear sweet friend! Although I can't do what I use to as I am no longer working offline, I still try and find sometime to pamper me. It may not be as it was once before but I try to take care of me and cut corners in some areas so that I can tend to me. It is too hard to do so when you have a little one, Lord knows I had two little ones and I had to wait.

I pamper myself when I have money to spend. Since I don't have my own family I have a lot of time for myself. When you have a child you're time will split into to. I mean you have to take care of your child and your family. You'll only have little time for yourself.

Hi mtr, you can still pamper yourself even when your at home and with your kids, there are available products that you can buy to the store for self pampering. And at the same times you can do that with your husband and also with your kids as the bonding moments. Taking care of ourselves is important not just for self but also to our love ones its making ourself looking good and feeling good also.

Pampering myself. I mean pamper myself, by having the opportunity to sleep longer. If I have slept a long time, then I'm indulging myself. After getting married, and have children, I slept very short time. Sometimes in one day, I only slept 4 hours.

Every morning before heading out or going to work i have to get my hair nice and do my makeup. I wont go to work looking bad and not well put together because im not sure who is coming in that day or who is going to be judgeing me as well. Today is my last day of the work week as im going with family so my clothes arent ironed and im wearing jean capris and sneakers. Now i have sneakers on only because its raining out or i would wear sandals. I always do my makeup evern if im just going to the grocery store because im not sure who im going to run into as well.
