Philippine Call center - West

I'm looking for another call center as I'm about to become jobless. Can anyone from the Philippines give me some information about West Business Services (WBS). I heard that they offer non-voice account and weekends off. Anyone from this call center? Can you tell me if you are still hiring and how's the working environment there? Thanks in advance!

I read that West offers both voice and back office jobs. Yes it is weekends off and the salary is very competitive. There's a Pinoy forum website where you can find these information. It is in pinoyexchange.com, there's a specific forum about WBS. I remember that there are a lot of applicants for the back office post. They have been waiting for as long as a month for the results of final interview. I'm not really sure if they are still open because the last update that I read is back in July.
