Ultimate catch in a call center

They said that if you will dream of something- then dream BIG! So I'm dreaming (and hoping that it's not just a dream) of finding the ultimate catch in call center employment here in the Philippines - dayshift, nonvoice, weekend off and high salary call center. Is there such a company that offers that? I think there is, I just don't know who or what company is that. Can you please tell me if you have worked before in a company that offer those four benefits.
