Man City finally break the hoodoo of Everton. The last two seasons, Everton had done the double on them. So this is welcome result for them. Man City played well from the beginning and it was not surprising to see them win. The difference between the two sides was visible when the two players who come in as substitutes scored the goals. Unfortunately, Everton do not have similar strength on the bench.
Cheers!

well, congratulation for Manchester city..both goals were scored by their substitute players.. this really prove the great analysis by Mancini on second half.. I have obeserved the first half really boring and they unable to play beautiful football..However, once balotelli and Milner played more variety on the attacking scheme. I like both goals, first goals shows great placement shot by balotelli, saw his reaction after scored when he huged Mancini..
second goal was amazing effort by david silva when he hold balls and assist through out three defenders to Milner..

It seems that City has had a good match before the Tuesday Champions League clash with Bayern. I think this result shows that City is a strong team from midfield above, but the defense is an average one, if I look at the names. I hope Bayern will find the way to beat City, but until then Bayern plays with Leverkusen later today, and Gomez and Robben are back in the squad, I don't know if in the starting lineup.

The results which Don Jupp has had in his career show that he is a better trainer than Mancini, but he is much older also. I do hope that Bayern will continue the great winning streak which they have, with impressive and dominant football, with a great defense.

It's a nice match on man city side since they deserved to win. It's been some years when man city last won against everton, whom beat them twice last season. It's good to see man city bouncing back from their draw against fulham. It's a nice warm up fo their midweek champion's league against bayern munchen. I expect a great match between the two sides when they meet.
