It has been a while and Ive been trying to find a way to remove the edge off in me but nothing seems to work. I have eaten my favorite foods today watched our national team get pummeled by the opponent at least the college team that Im routing for won game 1 of the finals and Ive just discovered that my room is dirtier than a kitchen in hell's kitchen. So far today I have been a wreck but again I have been trying to find something to cheer me up cause I can't go to work tomorrow morning again feeling as low as I am now, I need my self esteem and I need it now. So what I did was watch some of my dog's videos when he was a little younger, he was hilarious he's running around sniffing around, PEEING around like he's in sugar overload. H's clumsiness and stubbornness in those videos makes me feel better (not in a sadistic way) I just miss him so much, he's a little older now his 4 years old and he is normally just lying around and is more active in the early mornings and at midnight since he likes to roam around inside the gates but anyway he is with my mom now since I am constantly at work and this new apartment of mine is a little too small for the both of us. but I guess I'll try to find some time to see him maybe give him a bath and run with him in the morning. I just have to see him because I know for a fact he will help me with this stress im building up. Anyway my Marco is a 4 year old Male Labrador and he is super strong and with boundless energy. see you soon boy.

Hello David, I imagine how much you miss Marco! Being apart from your beloved dog is so hard! I think you should take advantage of this free weekend days to go spend some time with him. Take him for a walk, play with him (I'm sure he loves to fetch) and you will lower your stress. Of course your self esteem will go high, our dogs see us like we were their Gods. In his presence you'll feel like you are the most important person on Earth. Every time you're feeling low, try to imagine you're the person your dog thinks you are.
