zynga in telus

Does anybody know how much the compensation package is with zynga acct in telus? Is this a non voice account?

It is actually a technical support under Zynga account. Basic salary is 14k but I think the package total is 17k. My friend is working there and the training is just a week. Then the quota is about 80 emails per day. I'm not sure if they are still open because slot there is limited.
