it has 70 km long beach & has many resturents there .

Most good beaches look alike although one can recognise it with some landmarks near the shore. I was born at a place called AIRODI near Udipi. Beach is only 3 KM from my native place and one could hear the sound of waves throughout the night and day. My in-laws stay at Mangalore where there is a lovely beach known as THANNERBHAVI (literally meaning cold water well). My sister-in-law stays at SOMESHWARA near Ullal which has a clean and love beach 1 km to their house. Whenever myself and my family members visit these places, we go to the beaches. It is lovely place, particularly during the sunset.
