when you have no interests in your business at hand, what would you do?

i'm really puzzled!what should i do when i have no interests in the business i have at hand?now i'm a graduate student,but sadly i find that i have no interests in my major.i just took the entrance exam as any other guys,and i even don't know why i did those things.i feel the world on my shoulder,so hard that i can hardly take.what should i do?
