as we know, China maintains a great reputation of Chinese food which appealed to people around the globe. As a Chinese, my favorite hobby is to cook delicious food for my guests who call at my house. And in my spare time, I usually cook several kinds of food for my family. what I am good at is the dish called Kung Pao Chicken which is also a famous dish among guests. so my question is that do you like cooking, especially the Chinese food? If so, we can surely share more.

Hi! Conquer, it's nice to know that you are fond of cooking, me too whenever i have time. I enjoy experimenting on new recipes and my daughter is my taster. I know only a few Chinese recipes - siomai, lumpia shanghai, i don't know how you call it but its ground meat wrapped in a thin wrapper made of flour and egg. I love Chinese foods but i don't think they are easy to prepare because i do not know what kind of herbs you use. There is one food i would like to know how it is cooked, it is called in our place egg foo yong, do you know it? I hope you could give me the recipe, i really like to know how to prepare it because it is so delicious. Thanks.

oh,great, it is really a delicious dish and I prefer it very much, too. here is the recipe of this dish, it is usually cooked at home. ingredients: eggs(1-5),onions(should be cut into pieces)and gingers(also pieces), hot soup of bones with light salt, stuffings(choose what you taste good, such as meat, shrimp or other stuffings) steps: step1.stir eggs and mix with hot soup, a little more soup could make the dish taste fresh and tender;and then stir to make them fully mixed; step2: cover the bowl or other container with a thin film with some holes on it, and then put it into a steamer, for several minutes or more(which is not sure ,so you had better have a careful eye, it is OK as long as there is no extra boiling water) step3. during streaming, to make stuffings well prepared step4. take it out of the streamer if it is ok and then add stuffing and of course don't forget to add onions and gingers(they are cut into pieces and mix together) hope it is useful for you.

Yes, I do love cooking but most of the food I cook are Filipino food since I am a Filipino. However, our country has great Chinese roots and we know several dishes that originated from China. We love eating and cooking "pansit" which are basically noodles sauteed with vegetables and meat. Whenever I go to Chinese restaurants here in the Philippines, I love ordering wanton noodle soup and yang chow rice. I also love eating breaded fish fillet with corn and egg sauce. Sometimes, I also order congee or rice porridge with century egg and other meat.

Well I certainly love cooking and I do love Chinese food. I do try to cook many Chinese recipes at home but sadly they never taste as delicious and authentic as the ones that I buy from the Chinese restaurant. I would love to be able to have you cook Kung Pao Chicken for me, I bet that it is delicious!! I love Chinese dishes with either chicken or prawns in, I also love Chinse soups - especially Hot and Sour Soup!!
