Since I was a kid I always wanted to go to Italy. I just turned 21 and I haven't yet . I have a deal with myself haha that I should have visited Italy before I turn 25. I hope it happens. Tourism is definitely important, a lot of third world country rely on it.

You must leave that on your wish list as Italy really is a beautiful place to visit! I have visited Lake Como, Milan, Naples, Capri, the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius and many other lovely places in Italy - it is a wonderful place to visit with some lovely food to sample too!!

Happy World Tourism Day to everyone on wonderful My Lot. Traveling to different countries is my favorite hobby. Earlier this year I visited Colombia, last year I visited Canada and the year before last I went to South Africa. I think tourism gives money to many different places worldwide. I think that it has increased cultural understanding and respect. There are many more destinations on my travel wish list for the future. I hope that you will have happy travels in the future.

Actually it is my first time to hear that. However, it means nothing to me. Although it is the World Tourism Day, but how to celebrate it without holidays? I still have to work today. I love China

I wish I was financial able to use the date as an excuse to travel some more, however I'm afraid holidays are out of my grasp at the moment, I have to many other financial commitments. However I will be able to celebrate World Tourism Day by welcoming some of the many tourists who visit the village where I live. I live in a little village called Glasson Dock, near to Lancaster in North England and we have lots of visitors who come by car, bike, rambling and by boat on the Lancaster canal.

I am very much interested in travels. I have taken tour to more places for at least two times in a year. But this is the first time i know about the tourism day is 27th September. It is essential for a person to enjoy tours to forget their worries and to feel fresh life. One person should take a tour for minimum one time a year. I am not in the situation to enjoy travel in this day but i have a plan to travel at the end of this year.
