Facebook Google+ ..!!!

Hello friends.., You all know about Google+, a new social networking website from Google, Don't You..? Mark was/is earning unimaginable amount from his Facebook.., Facebook is user friendly and many many users, making Mark richer and richer..! Now, Google+ going parallel to Facebook. Is Google+ trying to compete with Facebook..? Will it effect Mark's earning ? Is Google+ with much more facilities than facebook.. According to me Google+ won't be able to compete with Facebook, unless it has many many interesting and new options along with what we already using in Facebook.. Am I right that way..!?? please share your opinions...
