How About Mylot As Facebook?

Philippines

Since there's a lot of clamor about Facebook constant changes every now and then. I just thought of making Mylot as Facebook? What do you think? I just want a simple interface that you can connect with your family, friends and even your business partners and still having this discussion thing intact. I guess that will be more popular than Facebook. Facebook will be an old school or shall we say "The Past" like what had happened to Friendster if Mylot decides to change their platform. I guess they will. What do you think?

Peas are peas and beans are beans. RollsRoyce is RollsRoyce and Mercedes is Mercedes. MyLot is myLot and Facebook is Facebook. MyLot is not the past and never will be and it is because it is as it is that it keeps going. If it aint broke don't mend it

You've got perfect ideas both! I commend you for that. I guess let's live Mylot to Mylot and Facebook to Facebook. I'm gone for so long here trying to attached myself on Facebook, but now I realized that the simple it gets, the longer it stays. Hope Mylot will still be the same 5 years more from now. Have a nice day!

Although I have not been here very long, I do appreciate that myLot does not make such drastic changes. There is something to be said about myLot when it has been paying on time every month and being sustainable for 5 full years. I can adapt to change but the many changes in such short times really cause for a great deal of confusion. I feel that logging into any site that one can rely on it's stability says a lot for the site. Which is why I do appreciate that myLot is simple and allows us to utilize it with ease. I believe in the saying that if it ain't broken, don't fix it.

Although my broadband is always super fast we have had rain now for 3 straight days and they predict 4 additional days. I did notice prior to coming here today that I had a difficult time connect to the internet. Has to do with the bad stormy weather.

good idea but i still like my lot as it is and don't want to change its concept, for that we have other social networking sites, but my lot is a discussion site and i love it as it is.....but changing colors and fonts style will definitely make it look better and will provide it a new look..!

Mylot has been steady in its growth and new members join every day. Facebook -- I was not able to follow it for a few days. But after repeating attempts I am able to use it to some extent for communicating to particular section --for example job aspirant, business men like that. However mylot is the best lot.

That would be cool but I would never add my family or friends on mylot. Mylot has way to many restrictions for what you can and can not post as with facebook I can post whatever I want. I dont think mylot will ever be as popular as facebook but that is just my opinion.

i totally agree with you. in my opinion facebook can not last much longer as it has almost no quality in content and sometimes in people. sites like mylot can offer so much more like food for thought.

As you said, FaceBook changes twice a month and myLot is always the same, so I think it would be easier to make Facebook as myLot.

I definitely do not like all the changes on Facebook that is going on.Too many changes.I hope Mylot doesn't change.I only using Facebook to keep up with family and friends that live out of town.Maybe I should start my own blog and just invite my family to it.It would sure beat all the stuff on Facebook.Too much drama. But I guess that would still end up being the case on a blog also.

Good idea. Many people are getting annoyed already of the changes happening in facebook. They change 2x a month and this is very annoying, and know I will heard some rumors that they will charge members with some fees. Oh well friendster and facebook will be track the same fate soon I think? :))
