Will I get back my account?

Actually, I am asking about Webanswers. I just started off, answered a couple of questions and forgot about the site. Then suddenly it struck me. I did some activity, answered questions and got one awarded answer as well. When I was answering one of the questions, I first typed it in MS - Word and then cut-pasted it in the Webanswers text box. It told me that my answer has been flagged due to (suspicious) activity. I will describe this is an answer which according to Webanswers violated their policy. It was only a matter of original content. The site wanted to know if the content was original or not. The only difference was - instead of typing directly in the Webanswers text box, I typed in Word and pasted it in WA. After a couple of hours or so, I got their mail saying my account was deleted. I sent them a mail stating the same reasons as I have done here. Will I get back my account? Please say have any of you got such an experience?
