If there will be one place to visit on Asia, that's certainly Philippines. You can visit our famous Rise Terraces, the Chocolate Hills, Sierra Madre, Boracay, Tagaytay, Baguio and a lot more. And a great plus is that Filipinos are known for their hospitality. We respect foreigners just as equal. :)

I am so glad tourist are still interested to go here after all the issues and happenings in the world. :) I live in Bataan (Mt. Samat is located here if you are interested. And you can see Corregidor Island from here, which is also a great place to visit.). It's in Luzon. So far from those magnificent places. LOL.

That is so nice to know r03249. A good citizen is the one who showcases his country and his countrymen. I hope to find more of you in the Philippines. I love to go to beaches and go diving. I have searched the net and found good places there suitable for my interest. But can you help me with some that you know is best? Thanks.

If you enjoy swimming, going to the beach, and snorkeling, then Philippines is the right place for you. I love going to the Philippines. I visit Philippines every year for my yearly vacation. The beaches there are the best. I especially like the Boracay, with the white sand. But the last time I was there, it was so crowded. I also love going there because of the spa. The masseuses are very skilled. The massages are very relaxing, and price is half cheaper here in my country. The best :)

Have you visited Bohol in the Philippines? it's also a very interesting place. the serene beaches are perfect for vacation. And the people were so nice and accommodating. And amazingly they have this Chocolate hills, not made from chocolate but by nature itself. Absolutely wonderful view you will see when you visit the place. And it's cheaper compared to Boracay.

Yes aceabrea, Philippines is a good place for vacation. If Malaysia has Genting Highlands, Philippines has Baguio, if Malaysia has Desaru, Philippines has Bolinao and many other beaches. Philippines is blessed with beautiful beaches like Boracay and beautiful scenery like Chocolate Hills and Banaue Rice Terraces. If you love shopping, we also have Mall of Asia which is one of the largest malls in Asia. If you plan to visit Philippines, don't miss the chance to visit Palawan, you will really enjoy going there.

Lucky you to be living in such a wonderful place with a wonderful climate. The overlooking mountains and the inhabitants are so beautiful. Is it a tribal costume you are wearing?

CEBU, PROVINCE is a very safe place for tourists. crime rate in Cebu is not very high at all especially in the southern towns like BARILI and BADIAN. Cebuanos are very hospitable and peace loving people. regarding travel time...it takes only an hour or two to travel to BARILI if you take the bus ... less than that if you travel using your private car...to travel to BADIAN would take only three hours by bus. there is a BED and BREAKFAST inn in BARILI and in BADIAN there are also a lot of boarding houses that welcome tourists and the food served is" home cooked" delicious.

You will never regret Bodhi. Some of the places i could suggest for you to spend vacation includes Palawan, Bohol, Boracay, when it comes to beaches. There are also lots of tourist spots to choose from when you surf the net. Malaysia is also a good place and one jet away from Philippines. Enjoy Bodhi! =)

I guess both Malaysia and Philippines is so diverse when it comes to their cultures. When you visit a certain island and then to another island they speak and do things differently. So if you want to learn their language, you have to stay there for a while and not jump from one island to another as not to get confused.

I have been to the Philippines once, just once, and that was only to the capital city Manila. I was very much impressed with the beauty of the City and the friendliness of the people. They told me about the beautiful beaches and the holiday resorts, but I did not have the time to go to those places. Hopefully next time.

I'm planning to visit Dubai late the year or early next year. I hope I could adjust to the climate easily because i know it so hot in there. Have a nice day greenline.

Yes, Philippines has lot more to offer other than the beaches. The people are warm and accommodating. Why not enjoy camsur and enjoy the water sports it offers and drop by Bohol in Donsul to see the Butanding (Whale) or the smallest moneky in the world. Enjoy Philippine fiesta and witness and share the joy of street dancing. Much more enjoy our dishes, simple but delicious and of course our unique ways of entertaining visiotrs. Come and visit the Philippines and have a wonderful vacation.
