Choosing Friends

It's been a two years in our company and i made a lot of friends here.
But, sometimes there people who are hard to please and so hard to deal with. Take the case of one of the managers here... I was applying for a scholarship grant but it seems someone is blocking/preempting it from having done through. What will i do with this? I really wanted to study.

Cld it be that your mgrs are afraid that one day, you will surpass them in terms of expertise and thereby taking over their positions? Can you try to apply for scholarships from other places?

that's one point i am looking at, they are afraid of me.
looking for another scholarship grant is hard for because i am currently working.

Are you planning to study in your own country or elsewhere? Cos if you're planning to study overseas, I've a list (url) of scholarships, etc.

I would do what pleases you, not other people.I think that there are people that will be nice to your face, yet they are the ones that end up stabbing you in the back.I tend to get to know a person first, before i class them as a friend.Get to know a person, before getting to friendly, also never tell them all the things that you are doing in your life.

all can choose friends within or outside the circle. but while choosing a friend just be careful with your personal things and take time to tell your personal activities. we may don't know whats happenings around us we are away..
