Iran Threatening US Borders, Should We Be Concerned....

Iran is threatening to move their ships closer to the US borders, specifically off of the Atlantic coast line, hopefully in International Waters, but then again. The CNN article makes me, at least, a bit concerned about it but then the video that accompanies the article tries to play down the threat. So what do you think, is this a threat to the US, a political statement like the video implies, or what? Should we be worried? Here is the link:

We let the Iranian Navy do their maneuvers in international waters, while our Signal intel assets listen, watch and monitor the words and movements of everyone aboard. Overt acts of war would only serve to build their stature in the international community.
