My friend's boyfriend won't go away!

In the beginning of this month, I started attending community college after leaving high school. I arrive early quite often and have plenty of time before classes, so I like to sit down on a bench and call my fiance up and talk to him.
But it turns out my friend's boyfriend goes here too. He's nice and all, I guess, but he's kind of boring and quiet, and likes Pokemon too much.
So anyway, I'd be sitting there, talking to my dear, and my friend's boyfriend will come up to me and say hi. And that's fine. Hi. But then he won't leave. It'd be rude to tell him to go away, and it's rude and unfair to my boyfriend to keep him on the phone while I talk to that guy and ask how his girlfriend is doing.
It's not that I want to talk to him, but he just kind of stands there, and I simply cannot think of an acceptable way to make him leave without making it awkward.

Tell him it's rude to interrupt a phone call and you want to speak with your fiance alone. He obviously has not clue about proper behavior, like so many nowadays.
You can also sit somewhere he can't find you but if he is to have any chance of future success he'll have to learn some manners and you can teach him at least a couple.

I don't think he realizes he is being rude, but he just can't find a proper way to just leave. I think he'll figure it out eventually, because it certainly has be more uncomfortable standing there than just finding an excuse to leave.

i think i would have to go with the first person to reply to this lol say hi and then just keep on talking to ur fiance lol it will make it very akward for him but he will get the hint and go away and if not tell ur friend lol maybe she can put a stop to it?

i think you can just say hi and then go right back to what you were doing - talking to your boyfriend and that sure meant that you are not interested in talking to him but to your boyfriend. i am sure he would get the message if you do so. Just do not look at him and pretend you thought he left already. :D

lolol pokemon? :) that's kind of funny :) :) perhaps he needs to spend more time with his girlfriend rather than lingering around in other places. :)

Don't worry about that guy. if someone is annoying you just go ahead and make him understand the situation. even then someone is not moving then tell that person to leave the place and don't interrupt in the middle of your personal discussions.
