PurplePeopleEater is right, there is no fixed payment in Mylot. It all depends on your activity (not just discussions). I remember friend of mine make a post few month ago and he got 40 cents. I don't know how he can do that because my best post only get 10 cents. I think the different came from our activity besides discussion. ( but I still wonder how he can do that?).
