the latest dance craze!

I've been wanting to lose weight after having gained a lot due to pregnancy in 2009. I'm having a really hard time on controlling my food intake but I'm trying to lower carbs and sweets this time. I also want to sweat out by dancing and I find plenty of zumba videos on youtube. They're quite entertaining and the sexy bodies of those dance instructors are to die for. They inspire me to shed off the fats that wrap around my belly. Anyone who's been doing zumba lately? I want to hear testimonies from you and some tips on how you made it to your desired weight and body curves because right now, I do have curves but they're all in the wrong places. Ouch!

I am not aware of this zumba dance. I am also trying to lose some weight but I am too lazy to do that exercise. I do jog once or twice a week and this rains is prohibiting me to do so. But I am fine with my diet..I can last a day without eating but coffee and slice of bread or biscuit will do. I lost 5 kilos now and hope to lose more. have a good day

There are plenty of videos of it on youtube. If you like dancing, you will probably like zumba too. I'm glad you're getting your goal, WOW! 5 kilos is already something. How long did you lose that? I can't do the jogging though because there's just me and my toddler. I hope you will lose more until you get your ideal weight too! Let's keep going :D

it takes me a month, but now I am about to lose another 5 kilos in 2 weeks and I am done with it ... :)
