love eating but want to control

I am staying in home since one month without any work. When i came home i was normal but as sitting simple in home made me to eat a lot.As i like to cook i make lots of dishes with some experiments.All the item made by me are good and tasty only it became a habit for me and eating also.Because of this i am used to eat more daily which made me a fatty within one moth and now i am scared of my self i want to stop eating but i can'r now. Guys please help me out to decrease my weight and habit.

If you're still at home, and don't have any work still. Then you should have plenty of time for exercise. I think exerting the effort would help compensate for the 'overeating' that you do. I do the same analogy. I work out, so I could eat a lot more of what I want without the cosequence of gaining weight.

There's nothing wrong with liking to eat. But if you're worried about gaining weight, the just don't east as much. No one says you can't eat things you like, like good food, you just have less of it. Also, don't just eat and sit around, you need to walk around, exercise also.

well by nature people love to eat you cant really stop yourself from eating... i eat a lot too and im afraid of being fat because its not pleasing to the eye, the only thing i can advice you is to exercise regularly to burn the fats and colesterol, do cardio exercises like brisk walking, jog daily during morning atleast five or ten meters, do your abs too, a few crunches, sit ups or curl ups too.
