paypal-i am a verified now they say pan card is not right

i am having a verified paypal account,now i recieved a mail from paypal that your pan is not right,i was verified three months before,how is it possible that after verifying they are saying that your pan is not right,altough i send a mail about this to them,let see what their next reply
